WELCOME

Working with a Nutritionist is for you if you are looking for a holistic way to support your health. If you want to discover the root cause of your symptoms and know why your body reacts to food and your environment the way that it does.

Genetics play a huge role in how we can learn more about our individual needs but so does health history and trauma.

Personalised support and education is the best way to feel more like you are in the driving seat of your wellbeing. By investigating the impact of lifestyle, environment, and genetics, we can discover the best course of action to achieve optimum health.

I specialise in female hormones and gut health, but if any aspect of your health is effecting your quality of life, get in touch. I would love to help you get back to the best version of you.

I also offer personalised packages, typically including testing, email and whatsapp support or weekly check-ins tailored to your needs.

A BIT ABOUT ME

Registered Nutritional Therapist DipCNM mBANT rCNHC

IMG_6894_edited.jpg

I have always been fascinated by the human body and why illness happens to some people and not to others. For most people, 'genetics loads the gun, environment pulls the trigger' - many modern day health conditions can be prevented, improved, or reversed with natural solutions. I focus on mastering the basics before deciding if testing is necessary. I have trained in interpreting DNA, blood, urine and stool test results in order to use these services with more complex cases. I specialise in Female Hormones and Gut Health, coming from a place of health complications with both prior to becoming a Nutritionist, these topics are close to my heart.

I have studied with the Open University and the College of Naturopathic Medicine in Brighton and London, graduating in 2020. I will be starting an MSc in Personalised Nutrition in April 2024. Insured by Balens, regulated by the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC).
